An ISP proxy is a static residential IP: one address that stays assigned to you instead of rotating. netdash ISP IPs are in Ashburn, Frankfurt, London and Sydney, delivered as a host:port:user:pass list, billed per IP every 30 days and kept for as long as the subscription renews.

Using your IP list
Each line of your list is one IP: host, port, username and password. Pass the host and port as the proxy, and the username and password as proxy credentials. The examples use the documentation address 203.0.113.10; replace it and the other fields with a line from your list.
The list uses the host:port:user:pass format described in the proxy format reference; the test request in the quickstart works the same way. If the proxy answers 407 Proxy Authentication Required, the username or password doesn’t match the line.
