# netdash > netdash is proxy infrastructure for developers, AI agents and data teams. Residential and mobile proxies, sold per GB, share one credential pair, one username syntax, country targeting and rotating or sticky sessions over standard HTTP. Static ISP and datacenter IPs are available through the sales team. Purchased GB never expire. ## Connection facts (verified) - Gateways: solve-{us|eu}.netdash.io:1000, scale-{us|eu}.netdash.io:2000, opus-{us|eu}.netdash.io:3000, mobile-{us|eu}.netdash.io:4000. `-us` is the Americas gateway, `-eu` the Europe gateway. - Username: `{USERNAME}-cc-{CC}[-session-{SESSION_ID}-ttl-{MINUTES}]`. ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, uppercase. Use GB for the United Kingdom, not UK. - Rotating: omit the session part. Sticky: add `-session-{id}-ttl-{minutes}` (dashboard presets: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 12 hours, 7 days (10,080 minutes)). - Auth: One username and password per account for every residential and mobile plan; each plan keeps its own GB balance. ISP and datacenter orders come with their own credentials in the delivered list. The password is the proxy password shown in the dashboard, not the sign-in password. - Protocol: HTTP proxy. HTTPS websites are reached through the proxy with HTTP CONNECT tunnelling. - Targeting: Country-level targeting with -cc-{CC}. - Capacity: No per-account concurrency or thread limit. - Billing: One-time GB purchases in USD with graduated pricing per order: each GB is charged at the rate of the band it falls into. 1 to 50,000 GB per order. Purchased residential and mobile GB do not expire. - ISP and datacenter: Billed per IP, renews every 30 days. Cancel in the billing portal before renewal. Self-serve checkout for ISP and datacenter proxies is paused. - Not offered: CAPTCHA solving, JavaScript rendering or automatic retries (netdash forwards your traffic unchanged); City, state, ZIP, ASN or carrier targeting (targeting is country-level); IP allowlisting (authentication is username and password); A public account API or SDK (none is needed: it is a standard HTTP proxy); Published uptime figures or an SLA. - Credentials and the proxy generator live in the dashboard at https://app.netdash.io (Residential and Mobile pages). Example (rotating, US exit, Scale plan): ```bash curl --max-time 30 -x "http://USERNAME-cc-US:PASSWORD@scale-us.netdash.io:2000" \ "https://api.ipify.org?format=json" ``` ## Docs (Markdown) - [Docs](https://netdash.io/docs/index.md): netdash documentation: quickstart, proxy string format and endpoints, rotating and sticky sessions, country targeting, troubleshooting and billing. - [Quickstart](https://netdash.io/docs/quickstart.md): netdash quickstart: create an account, buy a plan from 1 GB, copy your credentials and send a first proxied request with cURL, Python or Node.js. - [Proxy format](https://netdash.io/docs/proxy-format.md): The netdash proxy string format: gateway hosts and ports per plan, the username syntax for country and sessions, and the three output formats, with examples. - [Sessions](https://netdash.io/docs/sessions.md): How sticky session proxy usernames work on netdash: session IDs, TTL in minutes, dashboard presets from 15 minutes to 7 days, and when to rotate instead. - [Country targeting](https://netdash.io/docs/targeting.md): Proxy country targeting on netdash: add -cc- and an ISO 3166-1 code to the username, use GB for the United Kingdom, and pick the matching regional gateway. - [Troubleshooting](https://netdash.io/docs/troubleshooting.md): Fix a proxy 407 error, HTTPS requests that skip the proxy, timeouts, the wrong exit country and shell quoting problems, with the exact cause for each. - [Billing](https://netdash.io/docs/billing.md): netdash billing explained: one GB balance per plan that never expires, graduated pricing per order, card payments via Stripe and 30-day ISP renewals. ## Docs for AI agents - [Setup prompt for coding agents](https://netdash.io/developers/claude-code): copyable instructions that wire netdash into a project with credentials from the environment - [Claude Code and Playwright MCP](https://netdash.io/developers/claude-code.md): per-client proxy configuration that keeps the agent's own model traffic direct - [Agent frameworks](https://netdash.io/developers/agent-frameworks.md): Browser Use, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain ## Integration guides (Markdown) - [Python](https://netdash.io/developers/python.md): Python requests proxy setup with both http and https keys, plus httpx and aiohttp: authentication, sticky sessions, country targeting and common errors. - [Node.js](https://netdash.io/developers/nodejs.md): Node.js proxy setup with undici ProxyAgent and fetch, or axios with https-proxy-agent.
