Refund Policy

At netdash, we strive to provide the highest quality proxy network. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where our service does not meet your specific needs. This policy details the conditions under which we issue refunds.

1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a limited 3-day money-back guarantee for all new first-time orders of our Residential and Datacenter proxy plans. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • The refund request is made within 72 hours (3 days) of the original purchase date and time.
  • You have used less than 1GB of bandwidth (for residential plans) or generated fewer than 1,000 requests (for datacenter plans).
  • This is your first purchase with netdash.
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Ethical Use Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and exchange rate volatility, all payments made via cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable.
  • Enterprise Contracts: Custom plans with signed service agreements are governed by the refund terms specified within that specific contract.
  • Used Data: Any plan where usage has exceeded the limits specified in Section 1 is considered "consumed" and is not eligible for a refund.
  • Renewals: Automatic renewals are non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service.

3. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please contact our support team immediately. If we verify that the issue is caused by a failure on our end (e.g., prolonged downtime exceeding 24 hours, critical API failure) and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund regardless of the 3-day window.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to billing@netdash.io from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include your Order ID or Transaction ID.
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your request.

Our billing team will review your request within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
