Proxy locations and gateways
Where your traffic enters and exits netdash: two regional gateways, an exit country you choose with a two-letter ISO code, and fixed locations for static ISP and datacenter IPs.

Two regional gateways
Every residential and mobile plan has a gateway for the Americas and one for Europe. Use the -us gateway for exits in the Americas and the -eu gateway for exits in Europe, Africa and Asia. For an exit country in Oceania, ask support which gateway to use.

Your username and password are the same on every host. The proxy format reference lists these endpoints with the output formats and the full username syntax.
Choose the exit country
Residential and mobile exit IPs are available in most countries worldwide, except very small countries and countries that restrict VPN or proxy use, for example the United Arab Emirates. Targeting is country-level.
The example uses the Scale plan on the Europe gateway with an exit in Germany. Country codes, sticky sessions and the full username syntax are in the country targeting syntax reference.
On eligible accounts, the Opus plan adds two optional pools, shown in the dashboard as Opus Extended and HighSpeed, with their own country lists. Their usernames are generated in the dashboard.

Static ISP IP locations
ISP IPs sit in fixed locations and stay assigned to you for as long as the subscription renews. Every location offers individual IPs and /24 subnets. Read more about ISP (static residential) proxies.
